Online sessions are is a flexible way of accessing therapy. It can often take place at times to suit you. There are many benefits of accessing therapy online: no travel time, no travel costs, no car parking costs, and no risk of catching a virus.
Research has shown that online counselling can be just as effective as the traditional face to face therapy.
To keep our sessions secure and confidential all online sessions will be carried out through an encrypted platform using Zoom™. There is the option to either use a webcam, so we can see and hear each other, or, without a webcam, so we can just hear each other, just like having a telephone conversation.
